This course focuses on providing you with the skills necessary to be competent in a range of fields. It provides relevant and up-to-date teaching in areas such as workplace safety, environmental procedures, customer service and workplace relationships.
The course is particularly suited to people who work in a small to medium enterprise which manufactures a product or provides a service to customers or clients.

Course Subjects
A total of 12 units including 1 core industry unit plus 11 elective units must be completed to achieve a qualification in Certificate III in Business [BSB30107]. Of the 11 elective units, at least 7 units must be from the elective unit selection listed. Up to 4 units may be from the Business Services or other currently endorsed national Training Packages (provided it is relevant to the work outcome, local industry requirements and the qualification level) – maximum of 2 units may be from Certificate IV level or 1 unit from Certificate II level.
