What are FutureStaff’s recruitment fees?
FutureStaff’s hassle-free recruitment fee structure varies depending on the annual salary package:
- 10% + GST for salary packages up to $50,000;
- 12% + GST for salary packages over $50,000 up to $100,000 p.a.; and
- 14.5% + GST for salary packages over $100,000 pa.

FutureStaff guarantees that if the appointment of a permanent placement is not successful for any performance related reason we will provide a replacement for free. If no suitable replacement can be found FutureStaff will happily refund the full amount, less the cost of any advertising and/or profile testing.
